All sessions are conducted online in the comfort of your home. While some people may have reservations about online therapy, it offers the advantage of being in your own environment. When therapy takes place in a space familiar to you, it allows the therapeutic process to integrate more smoothly into your daily life. Instead of stepping out of the sterile environment of a therapist’s office and leaving the session behind, you can immediately apply what you’ve learned in the very space where you face your challenges.mThis approach reinforces the impact of therapy, making it a natural part of your routine and often leading to deeper, more lasting results.

Each session lasts two hours because, in my experience, shorter sessions do not provide enough time to explore the client’s present state in sufficient detail. The human mind is ever-changing; therefore, I focus on understanding the client’s mind in the moment to approach it most effectively, rather than relying solely on information from the past sessions.

I provide complimentary 30-minute consultations as an opportunity to connect with potential clients. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions, share concerns, and gain a clearer understanding of my approach. This consultation allows us to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together and ensures that you feel comfortable and informed before beginning your therapeutic journey.

Therapy

Overcoming the issues that lead you to therapy involves changing the way you think, respond, and perceive the world around you. This process can lead to significant improvements in mental health, decision-making, and overall quality of life. In therapy, I will identify the triggers, patterns, and mental blockages that might be causing unwanted issues, and together, we will work on changing those. 

My primary goal in therapy is to give you control.We will explore your feelings, past experiences, and personal narrative. But unlike many traditional talking therapies, what happened to you will not be the only central focus. You don’t have to be defined by your story. We all live within our own narratives, and the brain is the chief storyteller. Our limitations, fears, and anxieties often stem from how our brain interprets the world My therapy focuses on reshaping this narrative to help you achieve a more positive and fulfilling outcome. Together, we will develop techniques and processes to help you reshape your mind beyond our sessions

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis can serve as a powerful and efficient tool, particularly at the beginning of the therapy. By bypassing the conscious mind, it accesses the subconscious—the repository of deeply ingrained beliefs, memories, and patterns. This process helps identify and change the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that might be causing difficulties in the client’s life. Hypnotherapy empowers individuals to harness their inner strengths and resources, operating on the principle that everyone has the ability to create meaningful, positive change. The therapist's role is to unlock that potential through this unique modality.

Unlike some practitioners who rely on pre-written scripts, I take a personalized approach. Every session is crafted specifically for the individual, with hypnotic suggestions tailored to the insights and goals we uncover together. This ensures a direct and meaningful engagement with the client's subconscious, creating a deeply customized experience.

Before incorporating hypnosis, I always discuss it with the client and ensure they’re comfortable with the process. If they choose not to proceed with hypnosis, it doesn’t hinder the overall therapeutic journey. My focus is always on finding the most effective approach for each client. For me, the outcome is paramount, not the technique used to achieve it.
