About Me

My first encounter with therapy occurred during my teens, at a time when travel-related anxiety had taken hold of my life. Seeking help, I turned to a psychotherapist. However, instead of gaining clarity, I left the session feeling disillusioned, as though I understood my mind better than the professional I had trusted. This experience stayed with me as I continued to battle depression, feeling like my mind was holding me back from living the life I desired. It was a constant cycle: stop, start, repeat.

Deep down, I knew there had to be more to dealing with depression than merely managing it. I never wanted to rely on medication or spend years dissecting my past in therapy, as I knew it would only partially help me gain control over my mind. I refused to accept that the way I felt, or the way I was, had to be permanent. So, I embarked on a mission to understand and take control of my mind. I explored countless therapies in search of answers, even delving into quantum physics to understand the fundamental structure of the world around me.

My breakthrough came when I tried hypnotherapy to address another bout of travel anxiety. To my surprise, the hypnotherapist helped reduce my anxiety to a manageable level, enabling me to confront and ultimately eliminate it. This experience ignited a passion within me: I needed to understand how hypnotherapy worked and how it could be integrated with other therapeutic techniques.

I pursued the study of hypnotherapy at Regent’s College. As I began working with clients, I realized that my lifelong quest to understand my mind had uniquely equipped me to help others. I developed personalized techniques tailored to each individual’s needs and witnessed transformations in my clients’ lives. I was fortunate to practice on Harley Street in London, helping people overcome their challenges.

Then, life took an unexpected turn. The pandemic forced me to close my practice, leaving me at a crossroads. Drawing on my skills in computers and programming, I ventured into ethical hacking while rebuilding my therapy practice online. It was an unusual path, but it led to an extraordinary realization. Understanding computer networks and coding gave me a new perspective on the mind. I began to see the mind’s triggers as code or patterns that could be rewritten. This revelation allowed me to create a unique approach, blending my deep knowledge of human behavior with the precision of a hacker’s mindset.

My firsthand experience with overcoming depression and anxiety places me in a unique position as a therapist. I understand what my clients are going through and the ways their minds may be working against them. My approach doesn’t rely on a single method; it’s about understanding your mind and transforming the coding, patterns, and stories from your past that still control you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you better understand your mind and design a brighter future for yourself and those around you.
